Silvia was an excellent agent to work with. She's responsive, incredibly helpful and over the course of the pandemic was very understanding and capable when my flatmate moved out unexpectedly. On the whole, Ivy Property as a team are one I would happily go to again for any future endeavours and Silvia does a top notch job representing them.
