Having rented a home through Ivy Property for almost 3 years, I have been exceptionally satisfied with their attentive and efficient service. From the initial application and moving in process, the team at Ivy were so helpful and informative, and swiftly responded to any communication, providing me with all the relevant documentation, inventory and links to my Property File account. The property I rented was exceptionally well maintained, and was in excellent condition when I moved in. The house itself was very homely and in a great area, which was a very peaceful and happy home to live in. On the rare occasion that I needed to report a maintenance issue, the team at Ivy quickly communicated with the landlord and got things in place to get the issue resolved immediately. There was clearly a positive line of communication between Ivy and the landlord which helped support any needs that I had. Each year they completed service checks on the boiler and appliances, which was reassuring. During the first lockdown, Silvia from Ivy called me to say they were all just phoning round all tenants to check if they were ok and offer support if I needed it. This level of care and thoughtfulness highlighted to me the impressive level of service that Ivy property offer, and I can't thank the team enough for all their help and support over the past couple of years.
